What do clients pay? 

  • The hourly rate for our Director can range from $345.00 to $450.00 plus GST.

    • Historical or volume client.

    • Returning client.

    • New client.

    • Out of industry complex client.

    • New referred client.

    • Employer Association member or referred client.

  • The minimum a client would pay on average to open a file, take instruction and produce a complex letter would start at $660.00, including GST.

  • A commercial enquiry would commonly start from $1,200.00 plus GST.

  • A commercial employment law complex issues commonly start from $5,000.00 to $16,000.00 plus GST.

  • Four hours of monthly support for Management Teams is $1,200.00 plus GST.

  • An enterprise agreement process starts from $6,000.00 to $14,000.00 plus GST.

  • A midsized employer 200+ in the Federal Circuit Court in response to underpayment of NES entitlements on termination.
